Watch CLIP HERE // Grace To Grace

What is Grace? Grace is the very character of God’s nature, abounding and overflowing outwardly in acts of pity, mercy, compassion and liberal giving.

Leading up to Easter is my Fav time of the year. I love reflecting on the Grace of God in my life. Today I Worship in spirit and truth through the freedom because of the Grace God has lavished out on me daily. Its in the pure beauty of Gods grace that i can worship.

“Grace” is the most important aspect in the Bible, Christianity, and the world. Grace is Gods heartbeat clearly expressed in the promises of his nature revealed in Scripture and embodied in Jesus Christ.

Grace is the love of God shown to the unlovely; the peace of God given to the restless; the unmerited favor of God.

God is gracious..

Words proclaimed to Moses By the Lord:The LORD, the LORD God, merciful and gracious, longsuffering, and abounding in goodness and truth, keeping mercy for thousands, forgiving iniquity and transgression and sin” (Exodus 34:6-7).

King David also wrote that God is gracious: “The LORD is gracious and full of compassion, slow to anger and great in mercy. The LORD is good to all, and His tender mercies are over all His works” (Psalm 145:8-9).

The apostle Peter called God “the God of all grace” (1 Peter 5:10).

It is through Christ’s sacrifice, His shed blood, that God gives us His grace.  Romans 3:24: “Being justified freely by His grace through the redemption that is in Christ Jesus.” It is through Christ that we receive God’s grace; and if we didn’t receive that grace, we would die in our sins and never have an opportunity to live forever.

This Easter lead up, Reflect on the Grace God has show you in your life through the person of Jesus Christ.

Grace To Grace Lyrics
If love endured that ancient cross
How precious is my Savior’s blood
The beauty of heaven wrapped in my shame
The image of love upon death’s frame
If having my heart was worth the pain
What joy could You see beyond the grave
If love found my soul worth dying for
How wonderful, how glorious
My Savior’s scars victorious
My chains are gone, my debt is paid
From death to life and grace to grace
If heaven now owns that vacant tomb
How great is the hope that lives in You
The passion that tore through hell like a rose
The promise that rolled back death and its stone
If freedom is worth the life You raised
Oh where is my sin, where is my shame?
If love paid it all to have my heart
How wonderful, how glorious
My Savior’s scars victorious
My chains are gone, my debt is paid
From death to life and grace to grace
When I see that cross, I see freedom
When I see that grave, I’ll see Jesus
And from death to life, I will sing Your praise
In the wonder of Your grace

Watch Clip HERE // Jesus Paid It All

What is true empowerment? True empowerment comes from the price Jesus paid nailed to the tree.

Through the complete victory in the death,  burial and ressurection, Jesus became the supreme sacrifice conquering the stronghold of sin.

When moments of discouragement hits, God wants to encourage me and you through the victory of the cross empowering us. It’s when we are a child of weakness, we are called to watch and pray, find in Him thine all in all…. empowerment.

Today see the empowerment of the cross, see the empowerment of the death, see the empowerment of the burial and see the complete victory of empowerment in the resurrection. Live and lead in and through this as your core being and you will operate in complete empowerment of God.

For when we are weak, he is strong and nothing can stand against us… “EMPOWERED”

I hear the savior say, thy strength indeed is smallChild of weakness, watch and pray, find in me thine all in all

‘Cause Jesus paid it all

All to him I owe

Sin had left a crimson stain, he washed it white as snow
Lord, now indeed I find thy power and thine alone

Can change the leper’s spots and melt the heart of stone
‘Cause Jesus paid it all

All to him I owe

My sin had left this crimson stain, he washed it white as snow
It’s washed away, all my sin

And all my shame
And when before the throne I stand in him complete

“Jesus died my soul to save” my lips shall still repeat

When the fight calls // WATCH CLIP HERE
This week as you feel the mid week pressure and battles, remember… when the fight calls we have a saviour who has overcome this world with Love.
Jesus made our fight his own on the cross, paying the price of all our sin and shame. When fear hits, we can throw aside and cling to the cross, singing in the fight.

Today take heart, and know that through his Holy Spirit’s empowering in our lives we can overcome any battle that comes our way. Today reflect on His love through the cross, and how the Holy Spirit empowers us to take heart in the fight.

Psalm 31: 24  Be strong and take heart, all you who hope in the LORD.

Lyrics:

“You’ve overcome this world with love

And made my fight Your own

I lift my eyes and throw fear aside

And sing out into the night
Cause even when the world caves

Even when the fight calls

Even when the war’s waged

I’ll take heart

I know You are greater

Forever You are Savior

I will sing Your praise

With all that I have

With all that I am Lord”

Dry Bones // WATCH CLIP HERE
So it’s Thursday reflecting on Wednesday worship playlist.. as I sit and spend time in solitude with God the heart challenge is deep and real. The question of “why do I lead in ministry” is the quiet whisper of God to my spirit of challenge.

Why do I lead in ministry to teen girls? Why is the passion I have to see lives transformed?
Taking stock of why I am leading is the beginning of seeing the heartbeat that God has for mankind and me. “Come alive”

God is calling men and women to be passionate about Jesus cause on earth.  Mark 2:17 On hearing this, Jesus said to them, “It is not the healthy who need a doctor, but the sick. I have not come to call the righteous, but sinners.” Jesus cause was to come for the sick and sinners to give true life, giving hope that brings life to dry bones.
God asks us to lift our eyes up from the mundane of life, look out to what is around  of us, seeing the need of the world with compassion to find His passion and purpose of spreding the love of God through Christ to all.

God has placed you strategically right where you are to share the “Good News” to all around you. We as believers need to be faithful and obedient to share the HOPE to the hurting world.

We are called to proclaimed the word of God, calling out to dry bones to come alive. It’s through the proclamation and the spirit breath that lives come anew and alive.

So the question is… where has God placed you to share the “Good News”?

Are you seeing with compassion to gain the passion and purpose of God in your ministry?

What is God challenging you on within your leadership? Are you calling out to dry bones to come alive?

Today reflect on this message as you listen to the music, and within your heart, soul and spirit what mission is God calling you to live and lead?

Closer Than /// WATCH CLIP HERE
When we go through storms of life, He is closer than we know. Like the disciples on the Sea of Galilee waking Jesus up “don’t you care if we drown”… Jesus was closer than they knew. He was with them in the storm.

Today worship Him in your storm of life and know He is closer than you know.
35 On that day, when evening had come, he said to them, “Let us go across to the other side.”36 And leaving the crowd, they took him with them in the boat, just as he was. And other boats were with him.

37 And a great windstorm arose, and the waves were breaking into the boat, so that the boat was already filling.38 But he was in the stern, asleep on the cushion. And they woke him and said to him, “Teacher, do you not care that we are perishing?”

39 And he awoke and rebuked the wind and said to the sea, “Peace! Be still!” And the wind ceased, and there was a great calm.40 He said to them, “Why are you so afraid? Have you still no faith?”

41 And they were filled with great fear and said to one another, “Who then is this, that even the wind and the sea obey him?” – Mark 4:35-41

Closer Than You Know Lyrics
I tempered the storm
Though your faith was small
I prayed while you slept
And the night waged war
We stood in the fire
And we walked on sea
And we drank of the wine
That was made of Me
Don’t turn your eyes from Me
For My love won’t be undone
Don’t hide your face from Me
For My light has surely come
Surely come surely come
I carried that cross
And I felt your pain
I took up your crown
And I wore your shame
And death was a fire
And its teeth were grim
But I left it behind
Along with all your sin
Don’t turn away from Me
For My love won’t be undone
Don’t hide your face from Me
For My light has surely come
Surely Come surely come
Lift up your eyes and see
Heaven is closer than you know
Lift up your voice and sing
Know that My love won’t let you go
And I won’t forsake you

Lift up your eyes and see
Heaven is closer than you know
Lift up your voice and sing
Know that My love won’t let you go
And I won’t forsake you

Lift up your eyes and see
Heaven is closer than you know
Know I’ll never leave you
So lift up your voice and sing
Know that My love won’t let you go

And My light has surely come
Surely come surely come
And I’m closer than you know
And I’m closer than you know

Lord I hear You I know You’re there
Closer now than my skin and bones could dare
Breathing deep within me
You are always with me

I can see You where eyes can’t stare
Brighter now than the sun could ever dare
Breathing all around me
God I know You’re with me here

Lord I hear You I know You’re there
Closer now than my skin and bones could dare
Breathing deep within me
You are always with me

I can see You where eyes can’t stare
Brighter now than the sun could ever dare
Breathing all around me
God I know that You are here

For I’m Yours and You are mine
And my soul knows well
You are here

You are here
And my soul will praise You
And my soul will praise Your Name
Singing Holy is Your Name
Jesus

Captain Hillsong // WATCH CLIP HERE
Today reflecting on life and leadership, I see the beautiful imagery of a boat sailing on the Sea of Galilee. The reflection of the many times Jesus encounters the Sea of Galilee and his ministry around and on.

The boat is the life and leadership that is me, and the captain is non other than the Lord. God gives the boat a map to follow to the mission he is navigating to. Using the compass of the spirit directing the  voyage.

This makes me worship today as God has us all on a voyage of mission to see girls lives transformed. We all have the same map, but the compass direction will be culturally relevant to the girls we lead in our area and state. As we journey in the boat, may we all follow the same map as we use the compass God has given us to tailor to the girls and women we lead in the great commission.

Today worship for he is the captain that directs our compass.

“Captain”
Through waters uncharted my soul will embark

I’ll follow Your voice straight into the dark

And if from the course You intend

I depart, Speak to the sails of my wandering heart
Like the wind

You’ll guide

Clear the skies before me

And I’ll glide this open sea
Like the stars

Your Word

Will align my voyage

And remind me where I’ve been

And where I am going
Lost in the shallows amidst fear and fog

Your truth is the compass that points me back north

Jesus

My Captain

My soul’s trusted Lord

All my allegiance is rightfully Yours
Like the wind

You’ll guide

Clear the skies before me

And I’ll glide this open sea
Like the stars

Your Word

Will align my voyage

And remind me where I’ve been

And where I am going

Once For All // WATCH CLIP HERE

Reflecting on Joshua ch4 the symbolism of the crossing referring to salvation, God spirit opens my heart and eyes to see the imagery of the link between Joshua and Jesus. Jesus that bridged the great divide, that allowed us to cross in salvation, from death to life.
Do we take time daily to sit in the salvation that we have and the power that lies within that? The crossing from death to life, the encounter of the victory of the power that has been won on the cross?

So many times we don’t live within the power of salvation and the victory that Jesus won. The curse was broken when he was nail on that tree, through dying and then the victorious rising from the grave.

Reflecting on this, worshiping through this song… Today I fall to my knees in worship, because of Christ offering, Christ sacrifice. I have crossed the river in true salvation in victory and power.
No fear in life, no sting in death, for Christ has overcome, and this is the power of Christ living in me.
The true courageous is Christ in me.

“Once For All”
Our God He bridged the great divide

 To offer us eternal life
Sending hope within a Man
Oh His love it never fails and His love it never end
He came in flesh to fight our cause

With power to tame the oceans roar

Taking on our sin and shame
He has opened up the way, He has overcome the grave
Once for all,

our King has paid it all

All the glory to His name
By His blood, the curse of man undone

All the glory to His name

Now we live forever free

Because of Christ, the offering
No fear in life, no sting in death
For our God has come for us and our God has paid the debt

That Same Power // WATCH HERE

Facing trials?? Know that the power that rose Christ from the grave lives in you. This same power enables us to face anything and overcome. Jesus leaves us with a bold statement in that we have been given the authority to overcome.

Behold, I have given you authority to tread on serpents and scorpions, and over all the power of the enemy, and nothing shall hurt you. – Luke 10:19

Today worship the father for the power he is, and praise for the spirit that lives within you to help in any trial or temptation.

Know the power and ask God to realese this within your mind, heart and soul today.

If the Spirit of him who raised Jesus from the dead dwells in you, he who raised Christ Jesus from the dead will also give life to your mortal bodies through his Spirit who dwells in you. – Romans 8:11
